1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
- We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days | 200
- Express Shipping: 2-5 business days | 400
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and potential carrier delays.
3. International Shipping

- International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or other charges based on your country’s regulations. Taseer is not responsible for these additional charges, and they will be billed to you as necessary.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Use this link to track your package until it arrives safely. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
- Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Please provide a physical street address for all shipments.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our support team at support@taseer.com with your order number and details of the issue within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Customs and Duties
- International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. Please note that Taseer is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes on international shipments. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
